CRUISE part one!

so i know i haven't posted forever, but these past 2 weeks have been crazy! Chase and I went on our very first REAL vacation together.....no Emmalee..... and it was AMAZING! We went on a cruise to the western Caribbean. First we flew to West Palm Beach Florida and left from the Port of Miami. It was an early flight, well for us it was, and we thought Emma would do great, but i guess those talks about hanging out with grandma Freida for a week with out mom and dad did absolutely NOTHING! she said she wanted to come with us and when i told her it was just for mommy and daddy she started crying and saying PLEASE! it was sooooo sad i started to cry, so we had to hurry and give her a kiss and leave her with mom! she was a trooper and soon forgot about us when she saw the airplanes. We were flying all day with a lay over in Dallas, we were so close to Meg and Matt yet soooo far away!--we thought of you guys while we were sitting in the airport, we miss you!----so here is us on the plane at Dallas fort lauderdale

We spent the night in a hotel then took a shuttle to the peir, and then the lines started! we waited for 10 minutes in the security line, it wasnt too bad BUT then we went through a door and there was our entire boat of 4000 staning in 6 lines!!! we were SOOO not excited so we show the lady our tickets and she tells us to ge to the left line so we start walking and she says "go threw the doors!" we were so confused but there were 2 doors on the left so we went in and too our suprise it was the VIP check-in! there
was 1 other couple !!! we were in HEAVEN! the lady was so nice and gave us FREE WATER! we were so excited to not site in that huge line!!! we love our travel agent!!!thanks barbara

The life boat drill was so boring!!! we were so HOT!
the lady next to me was german and had no idea what i was saying it was great. i would try to talk to her and she would say " i'm german" and then turn to her husband! pricless!

We loved our room with our amazing balcony!
we passed the BIGGEST HOUSES when we leaving! we were in AWE!

what a crazy week!

So much has happened this past week that i feel like i haven't posted forever! so here it goes!


WE GOT A PUPPY! well kind of.......
This is my cousins dog (Merrel) that he got for free when was working this summer. they don't have a yard and they are trying to find a place that will let them have 2 cats and a dog....its not easy! anyways so we get to keep her for a month but we are hoping that my sweet mother (aka home owner) will let us keeper FOREVER! we have a large back yard , that is getting a fence sometime , hopefully SOON! and we are really active with her.....my cousin kept her in a kennel all day. you cant keep a half husky half malamute that will be over 100 lbs in a kennel all day, its not healthy for the puppy! anyway she is 3 months old....her name is technically Viji but we didn't like it and were not that creative so we call her Fiji : ) she is the sweetest dog, but need to be trained A LOT! i love her though she is a good walking buddy for me and running buddy for chase....and she loves Emma , but Emma is a little nervous cause she is only like 2 inches taller that Fiji , when Fiji is calm though they love to st with each other in the yard. its really cute! so that is our new addition, hopefully forever.
